The former scientific name of this ant Pheidologeton diversus is now considered a synonym of Carebara diversa according to a publication in 2014. The following should be the male winged ants.

This ant is ferocious and will attack any creatures that cross their path. The bites are rather painful. Below shows the size of this ant when compared to the much larger Weaver Ant (Oecophylla smaragdina), another ferocious ant that is common in Singapore.

The elevated structure that cut across the track is the "path" constructed by these ants to move their troops around.

Judging from the "goods" that the ants were ferrying along its marching column, they had just raided a termite hive. The wingless termites appeared to be ferried out from underneath some leaf litters on the forest floor. The third picture below is the winged termite with its wings still on.
